  How To Measure? 1. Chest Wrap the tape measure around the fullest part of your chest, ensuring the tape remains level. 2. Collar Measure around the base of your neck where the collar would sit. 3. Sleeve Hold one end of the tape measure at your wrist, and measure up to the tip of your shoulder. 4. Waist Find your natural waist and measure around your waistband, ensuring the tape remains level. 5. Inside Leg Measure from the inside of your leg at the crotch, down to where the hem of your trouser will sit, just above the shoe.

  Delivery Details

  We deliver to all our customers between Monday to Sunday with UPS. All orders are processed the same day or the day after you have placed your order. You can find a full list of all our delivery options and an estimated personalized delivery time at checkout when you fill in your address.

  Please bear in mind that we are only provided with an estimated delivery date from our carriers. On special occasions such as special promotions and holidays, orders can arrive outside the estimated timeframe due to increased order volume.

  Please note: we do not ship to PO Boxes.

  Shipping methods

  • UPS – Expedited Home (3-5 business days) – $5 Standard delivery.
  • UPS – Express Deliver Home (2-3 business days) – $19 Express delivery.

  Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

  We do not offer free returns for international orders. Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs.

  Item(s) purchased on Huminu are eligible for return within 30 days of delivery.

  
  The return policy applies to item(s) that align with the criteria below:

  • The product(s) must be returned in its original condition
  • All labels must be intact
  • All items must be returned unworn, unwashed, have no marks, stains, odors, perfume or pet hair.

  
  If an item is returned to us in an unsuitable condition, we will charge you with a fee of $10 that will be deducted from the total return amount. All items are inspected on return.

  For hygiene reasons, the right of return does not apply to boxer shorts where the protective plastic/packaging has been removed and is non-refundable.

  Refunds will be actioned within 7 working days from the day we receive your order back to our warehouse. We kindly ask you to allow an additional 2-3 days for your refund to appear in your account once processed. The payment will be credited back to purchaser’s original payment method that was used to place the order.

  We do not offer exchanges, we kindly ask you to simply return the product(s) and place a new order on our website. If you used a discount code in your original purchase, please contact us here and we will help you.
